Coommunity develops technologies and services to help people connect, build communities and grow their personal and professional projects.
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the CoommunityApp, including all services, features, applications, technologies and software made available by us.
By using the CoommunityApp, you are entering into a legal agreement with us. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Coommunity and supersede any previous versions.

Our services are supported by global infrastructure, which may involve data transfers between countries and international storage, always with appropriate safeguards in place.

By using Coommunity, you retain all rights over the content you create, but grant us a licence to:
This licence is exclusively for the operation of the platform. You can delete your content or close your account at any time.
We may also use your name, profile photo and interactions in an advertising context, without direct compensation.
All Coommunity content is protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify or commercially exploit any element of the platform without express authorisation.
We may update these Terms with a minimum of 30 days' prior notice. You always have the right to cease using the services if you do not agree with the changes.
We may suspend, deactivate or delete accounts in case of violation of the Terms or platform policies.
Coommunity is not liable for indirect losses or situations beyond our reasonable control.
Any disputes will be resolved in the user's country of residence as a consumer, or in accordance with applicable law.
These include supplementary terms, severability of clauses, ownership rights and handling of user feedback.

Coommunity exists to create real connections in a safe, transparent and accessible digital environment. These Terms were designed to be:
Coommunity offers community creators an optional AI Agents service. By activating this service, the creator declares to have fully read and accepted the conditions below.
New communities automatically receive a 7 (seven) day free trial with access to AI agents. At the end of this period, agents are automatically deactivated. To continue using the service, it is necessary to purchase an agent pack in the community settings.
The free trial period is granted once per community and is non-renewable. There is no automatic charge at the end of the trial.
Agent usage is subject to a daily token (interaction) limit. Upon reaching the limit, agents are paused until the daily reset. Paid packages have higher limits defined at the time of purchase.
For contracts above 1,000,000 (one million) agents, it is necessary to contact the Coommunity commercial team to negotiate customised conditions.
These Terms of Use are governed by Portuguese law, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU Regulation 2016/679) and other applicable European regulations. For users located in Brazil, the provisions of the General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13.709/2018) also apply.
For the resolution of disputes arising from these Terms, the courts of Lisbon, Portugal are exclusively competent, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
