Yes, uses functional cookies to maintain sessions, preferences, temporary community data and personalized navigation. It also uses cookies for analytical and operational purposes, respecting European consent legislation.

Yes. The platform allows community creators to enable paid subscription plans. Users can become supporting members by financially contributing to specific communities.

Yes. Subscription revenue is shared between and community creators. retains a platform operation fee of 25% and passes 75% to the creator, after tax and processing deductions.

No. Private messages between users, when available, are stored encrypted and accessible only between the parties. The team does not have direct access to these conversations.

All content posted by users is the exclusive responsibility of the author, including texts, images, videos, links and documents. Coommunity acts as a technical intermediary, under the terms of the E-Commerce Directive and the Digital Services Act.

The minimum age is 16 years, according to Portuguese legislation (Law 58/2019) and the GDPR, when personal data is collected. Minors under 18 can only create an account with authorization from parents or legal guardians. The platform already complies with the minimum age according to legislation with annual updates.

Yes. Parents or guardians can request the removal of accounts and data of minors, simply by proving the legal relationship with the user.

No. Coommunity acts as a technical host and does not edit or publish content on its own. However, it commits to acting diligently upon becoming aware of illegal content or content that violates platform rules, in accordance with the Digital Services Act.

Only in cases where willful omission or clear negligence is proven after reporting illegal content. In general, the platform is protected by legal exemptions applicable to digital intermediaries.

Yes. Accounts may be temporarily or permanently suspended based on violations of the Rules of Use or Terms. The user will be notified and may appeal the decision.

Yes. The icon (⚠️) allows any public content to be flagged. The report will be analyzed internally or by neutral arbitrators. Repeat offenders or serious offenders may be permanently banned.

Not at the moment. The login and authentication system is proprietary, with email and password registered directly on the platform.

Under evaluation. Any future integration will follow the European Union's data protection and information security principles.

Yes. Coommunity may undergo scheduled maintenance, technical instabilities or interruptions caused by force majeure. In these cases, data and access may be temporarily compromised.

Yes. The platform is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, data corruption, momentary unavailability or unintentional bugs, unless proven bad faith.

Yes. After meeting minimum criteria for engagement, reliability and number of members, the creator can request monetization activation via Stripe.

Yes. Payments to creators will be processed with tax withholding when required by Portuguese or European law. The creator is responsible for declaring their income to tax authorities.

The Coommunity platform is provisionally operated by the founder Felipe Augusto dos Santos Toledo, holder of NIF 311792251, with tax domicile in Leiria, Portugal. The incorporation of the commercial company Coommunity LDA is in progress.

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law and, subsidiarily, by European Union law. Conflicts will be resolved by the competent courts of the District of Leiria, unless otherwise agreed or legally provided.
